In the state of Wisconsin, licensed real estate professionals are required to follow a Code of Ethics that is regulated by our Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) as well the Department of Financial Institutions (DFI).  All the regulations real estate professionals must adhere to were created to protect the consumer. As such, we want to be sure you have access to all the information available to you regarding your rights as a buyer in a home or other property purchase in the State of Wisconsin.
